হাদীসের আলোকে শর‘ঈ বিধি-বিধান নিরূপণে শায়খ নাসিরুদ্দীন আল-আলবানী রহ.-এর অবদান: মূল্যায়ন | Contribution of Sheikh Nasiruddin Al-Albani in Deriving Sharīah Ruling based on Hadith: An Evaluation

Abstract

Sunnah or Hadith is the second source of the sharīÔah. Islamic jurists analyzed this source in extracting and introducing legal decisions. Alongside the Fuqahā’ (Jurists) the Muhaddis (experts of Hadith) also exerted tremendous efforts in finding and extracting legal decisions, although the Muhaddis study within the scope of Hadith, collecting Hadith, managing compilation, scrutinizing the chain of narration and accuracy of the text. Sheikh Nasiruddin al-Albani (1914-1999 AD) was one of those who studied vigorously the application of Hadith in deriving sharīah ruling. Along with compilation of Hadith, illustration, scrutinizing text and chain of narration, he also played a vital role in deriving sharīah ruling in the light of Hadith. He authored many worthy books in this field too on top of that he was also a great scholar of Hadith. This paper presents his invaluable contribution in deriving sharīah ruling. Narrative method was applied in writing this paper. Many documents including the Quranic text and Hadith and major books in this field were also referred. The current paper ultimately evaluates the huge contribution of Sheikh Nasiruddin al-Albani  in the field of sharīÔah ruling.

সারসংক্ষেপ: সুন্নাহ বা হাদীস শরঈ’ বিধি-বিধানের দ্বিতীয় উৎস। ফকীহগণ শর‘ঈ বিধান উদ্ভাবনে এ উৎসকে প্রয়োগ করেছেন। ফকীহগণের পাশাপাশি যুগে যুগে অনেক মুহাদ্দিসও শর‘ঈ বিধান বর্ণনা ও নিরূপণের প্রয়াস নিয়েছেন, যদিও মুহাদ্দিসগণ মূলত হাদীস নিয়ে গবেষণা করেছেন। তাঁরা হাদীস সংগ্রহ, সংকলন, হাদীসের সনদ-মতন যাচাই-বাছাই-এর নীতিমালা নির্ধারণ, হাদীসের ব্যাখ্যা-বিশ্লেষণ ইত্যাদি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দায়িত্ব পালন করেছেন। যেসব মুহাদ্দিস তাঁদের মূল কর্তব্যের পাশাপাশি হাদীসের আলোকে শরীয়তের বিধি-বিধান নির্ণয়ে সচেষ্ট হয়েছেন তাঁদের অন্যতম শায়খ নাসিরুদ্দীন আল-আলবানী (১৯১৪-১৯৯ খ্রি.)। হাদীসের সংকলন, ব্যাখ্যা-বিশ্লেষণ সনদ-মতন যাচাই-বাছাই এর মূলনীতি নির্ধারণের পাশাপাশি তাঁর রচিত মৌলিক গ্রন্থসমূহে তিনি হাদীসের আলোকে অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে শর‘ঈ বিধি-বিধান নির্ণয়ে সবিশেষ ভূমিকা পালন করেন। ইলম হাদীসে অনবদ্য অবদানের পাশাপাশি এ মহান মনীষী হাদীসের আলোকে শর‘ঈ বিধি-বিধান নির্ণয়ে যে অসামান্য অবদান রেখেছেন বক্ষ্যমাণ প্রবন্ধে সে সম্পর্কে সবিস্তর আলোচনা করা হয়েছে। প্রবন্ধটি রচনার ক্ষেত্রে পর্যালোচনা ও বর্ণনামূলক পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করা হয়েছে। কুরআন, হাদীস এবং বিষয় সংশ্লিষ্ট মৌলিক গ্রন্থাবলি তথ্যসূত্র হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। শায়খ নাসিরুদ্দীন আল-আলবানী রহ. কেবল ইলম হাদীসের উপর গবেষণা করেননি; বরং তিনি শর‘ঈ বিধি-বিধান নির্ণয়েও যে বিশাল অবদান রেখেছেন, এ প্রবন্ধ তার-ই স্বাক্ষর বহন করবে।
