Abstract

Every citizen of the state, irrespective of religion, caste or creed, has the right to safe housing. Due to the lack of proper management, various unwanted activities like irregularities, chaos, crime, neglect of mutual responsibilities and duties etc. start from home. Therefore, Islamic guidance in home management is essential for the development of human values. Article no 43 of the constitution of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh also guarantees safe living at home. The main purpose of writing this article is to highlight the need to apply Islamic guidelines in housing and home management in the social life of the socialized people of Bangladesh. Because Islam teaches us how to manage flexible housing in the conventional way by incorporating quantitative and qualitative quality in life journey.Which has basically been discussed through the Descriptive Method  and Deductive Method. For the growing population of Bangladesh, it is possible to successfully implement a very important action plan like home management of the country by combining the Islamic way of life with the conventional way of life.

সারসংক্ষেপ : ধর্ম-বর্ণ-গোত্র নির্বিশেষে রাষ্ট্রের প্রতিটি নাগরিকের রয়েছে খাদ্য এবং পোশাকের মতো নিরাপদ আবাসন পাবার অধিকার। সঠিক ব্যবস্থাপনার ঘাটতির জন্য গৃহ থেকেই শুরু হয় অনিয়ম, বিশৃঙ্খলা, অপরাধ, পারস্পরিক দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্যে অবহেলা ইত্যাদির মত নানান অনাকাক্সিক্ষত কর্মকা-। তাই মানবিক মূল্যবোধের বিকাশের জন্য গৃহ ব্যবস্থাপনায় ইসলামী নির্দেশনা জরুরী। গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সংবিধানের ৪৩ নং অনুচ্ছেদে বাসস্থানে নিরাপদ থাকার নিশ্চয়তাও রয়েছে। এই প্রবন্ধ রচনার মূল উদ্দেশ্যই হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশের সমাজবদ্ধ মানুষের বাস্তব জীবনে গৃহ ব্যবস্থাপনায় ইসলামী দিকনির্দেশনা প্রয়োগের প্রয়োজনীয়তা তুলে ধরা। কারণ জীবন যাত্রায় পরিমাণগত ও গুণগত মানের সন্নিবেশ ঘটিয়ে প্রচলিত পন্থায় কিভাবে নমনীয় গৃহ ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালনা করা যায় ইসলাম আমাদেরকে তাই শিক্ষা দেয়। যা মূলত বর্ণনা ও পর্যালোচনামূলক (Descriptive ‍and critical Method) ও অবরোহ (Deductive Method) পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে। বাংলাদেশের ক্রমবর্ধমান জনগণের জন্য প্রচলিত জীবন ব্যবস্থার সঙ্গে ইসলামী নির্দেশাবলির সমন্বয় সাধনের মাধ্যমে দেশের গৃহ ব্যবস্থাপনার মত একটি অতি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কর্মপরিকল্পনা সফলতার সঙ্গে বাস্তবায়ন করা সম্ভব।
