মানব মর্যাদা সংরক্ষণে কুরআন-সুন্নাহর নির্দেশিত সামাজিক বিধানসমূহের প্রায়োগিক বিশ্লেষণ|An Analytical Praxis of Social Injunctions Derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah in the Preservation of Human Dignity

Abstract

Human dignity is an ontological and primordial right, conferred by Allah (SWT) upon all humanity, irrespective of religious affiliation, ethnicity, race, or socio-economic status. This treatise investigates the scriptural mandates within the Qur'an and Sunnah aimed at the fortification and exaltation of human sanctity. The research is predicated upon two central inquiries: first, the indispensability of social justice in the actualization of human dignity; and second, the feasibility of consolidating and institutionalizing human dignity through the operationalization of Islamic social paradigms.Adopting a qualitative research methodology, the study employs content analysis to interpret Quranic verses and Prophetic traditions (Ahadith) on social regulations, thereby elucidating their relevance to the defense of human honor. The article further posits the universal applicability of Islamic egalitarian principles in fostering dignity through social equity. Ultimately, it provides an applied analysis of how these Islamic social mandates can be synthesized within contemporary contexts to mitigate systemic challenges such as social disparity, the subversion of privacy, ethical erosion, and communal antagonism.

সারসংক্ষেপ : মানব মর্যাদা হল ধর্ম, বর্ণ, জাতি বা আর্থ-সামাজিক অবস্থা নির্বিশেষে সকল মানুষের উপর আল্লাহ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত একটি মৌলিক এবং সহজাত অধিকার। মানব মর্যাদা রক্ষা ও সমুন্নত করার লক্ষ্যে কুরআন ও সুন্নাহ’র মধ্যে যে সকল নির্দেশনা রয়েছে আলোচ্য প্রবন্ধে সে বিষয়গুলো অনুসন্ধান করা হয়েছে । বক্ষ্যমাণ গবেষণা কর্মটি যে প্রশ্নের উপর ভিত্তি করে পরিচালনা করা হয়েছে তন্মধ্যে প্রথমত, মানব মর্যাদা প্রতিষ্ঠায় সামাজিক ন্যায়বিচার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কী না? দ্বিতীয়ত, ইসলামের সামাজিক বিধানসমূহ বাস্তবায়নের মাধ্যমে মানব মর্যাদা সুসংহতকরণ ও প্রতিষ্ঠা সম্ভব কী না? আর এক্ষেত্রে গুণগত গবেষণা প্রক্রিয়া (ছঁধষরঃধঃরাব জবংবধৎপয অঢ়ঢ়ৎড়ধপয) অনুসরণ করা হয়েছে এবং বিষয়বস্তু বিশ্লেষণের (ঈড়হঃবহঃ অহধষুংরং) মাধ্যমে সামাজিক বিধি-বিধান সম্পর্কিত আল কুরআনের আয়াত ও হাদিসের শিক্ষাসমূহ উল্লেখপূর্বক মানব মর্যাদা সুরক্ষায় উক্ত বিধানসমূহের প্রাসঙ্গিকতা উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে। সামাজিক ন্যায়বিচারের মাধ্যমে মানব মর্যাদা প্রতিষ্ঠার ক্ষেত্রে ইসলাম প্রদত্ত নীতিমালার সার্বজনীন প্রাসঙ্গিকতার বিষয়টি বক্ষমাণ প্রবন্ধে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে। পরিশেষে সামাজিক বৈষম্য, গোপনীয়তার লঙ্ঘন, নৈতিক অবক্ষয় এবং সামাজিক দ্বন্দ্বের মতো সমস্যাগুলি মোকাবেলা করার জন্য ইসলাম প্রদত্ত সামাজিক বিধানসমূহ কীভাবে সমসাময়িক সামাজিক প্রেক্ষাপটে বাস্তবায়ন করা যেতে পারে তার প্রয়োগিক বিশ্লেষণ আলোচ্য প্রবন্ধটিতে প্রদান করা হয়েছে।
